تم تنظيم المسابقة بالتعاون مع كل من منظمة سبارك وشركة ليبيانا للهــاتف المحمول للطلبة الدارسين بكافة الجامعات الليبية.وتمت المشاركة في المسابقة من خلال نموذج على موقع البرنامج الوطني وموقع منظمة سبارك على الانترنت، خلال الفترة 2018/11/1 إلى 2018/11/24.وقد تم اقتراح أن يتم تنظيم المسابقة سنويا.

The competition was organized in cooperation with both the Spark organization and the Libyana mobile phone company for students studying in all Libyan universities. Participation in the competition took place through a form on the National Program website and the Spark website on the Internet, during the period 1/1/2018 to 11/24/2018. It has been suggested that the competition be organized annually.
